Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of fragrances and personal care products, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure product quality, authenticity, and hygiene. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Return Window
- Return requests must be initiated within seven (7) calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered.
- Approved returns must be shipped back and postmarked before fifteen (15) calendar days from the delivery date.
- Returns shipped on or after the 15th day will not be accepted.
Condition of Returned Items
- Items must be unused, unopened, and sealed in their original packaging.
- Packaging must be intact and in resalable condition.
- Opened, used, tested, or tampered items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds are issued only for approved returns that meet all eligibility requirements.
- All refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- No refunds or exchanges will be provided for opened or used products.
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Return Authorization & Inspection
- All returns require prior authorization.
- Items returned without approval will be refused and sent back to the customer.
- All returned items are inspected upon arrival to ensure they meet our return standards.

Non-Eligible Returns
If a returned item does not meet our return conditions, the return will be rejected and no refund will be issued. This includes, but is not limited to, items that are opened, used, damaged, missing original seals, or returned outside the approved timeframe.
Customers may request the item be shipped back at their expense within a specified timeframe. If no response is received, the item may be discarded.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund. This will be clearly noted on the product page.
