  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days after dispatch

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Free shipping is automatically applied when you purchase three (3) or more items in a single order.
  • Free shipping eligibility applies only to qualifying items and cannot be combined across multiple orders.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Orders returned due to address issues may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or theft.
  • If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers must contact the carrier directly.
  • We are happy to assist with tracking information when needed.

Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
